- All vehicles to park in designated car park on site. No vehicles will be permitted on any other area of the property.
- A speed limit of 10Km/h applies to all roadways on site.
- All attendees must wear enclosed footwear whilst on site.
- All minors (under the age of 18 years) must be in the direct company of a responsible adult at all times whilst on site.
- All attendees are restricted to the carpark and auction site only. There is to be no entry into the farm sheds, out buildings or home on the property, or other paddocks surrounding the auction site, at any stage. The area will be barricaded surrounding the auction site.
- Pick up of heavy items (those requiring crane lifting) will be strictly by appointment only (with the Auctioneer) in the days following the sale.
- A qualified and licenced crane operator will be available to conduct all lifting operations. (Please refer to terms and conditions of sale regarding cost of lifting operations)
- An exclusion zone will be implemented and enforced throughout all lifting operations.
